Your session will consist of:
Opening Conversation & Intention Setting - We’ll begin with a heart-centered conversation to tune into what’s been unfolding in your life, clarify your intentions, and connect with the emotional or energetic themes that feel most present. This helps us anchor into your soul’s focus for the session.
Past Life Regression Journey - You’ll be guided through a complete past life regression, exploring key experiences and emotional themes, followed by a gentle journey through the death transition and into the spirit realm. This part of the hypnosis session typically includes connecting with your guides and loved ones, receiving messages from them and advice for your path forward.
Reiki Energy Healing - After the regression, you’ll receive intuitive Reiki to help you integrate the energetic shifts from the session. Reiki promotes emotional release, chakra alignment, and deep nervous system restoration, allowing your body, mind, and soul to recalibrate and harmonize after the regression.
Closing Reflection - We’ll finish the session by gently grounding your energy and reflecting on the messages and shifts that came through. There will be space to process your experience, ask questions, and receive any final guidance that may arise.
